Manager David Sneddon: With an extensive background working within the outdoor education sector, David has a wealth of experience, which he brings with him to Magna Vitae and Altitude44.

Chris Tubb: Lives in Louth and has joined A44 as an assistant manager from Meridian Leisure Centre – so he’s staying in the Magna Vitae family.

James Beckett: Also, a former member of the Meridian team, James has joined A44 for a new challenge.

Nathan Price: A former Alford Grammar A-level student, Nathan is on a summer season with A44 before embarking on a career with the RAF.

Alyssa: Having lived in Spilsby for two years, Alyssa is looking forward to her new A44 journey.

Matt Cartwright: A former Meridian Leisure Centre lifeguard and leisure attendant, Matt wants to climb A44 and look out to new horizons!

Adrianne Harris: A former prison officer, Adrianne wanted a career change – and she has certainly got it!

Ella McGrorey: Joining A44 for the summer season, Ella is a Sports Development and Coaching student at Sheffield Hallam University.

Aaron Lord: Aaron, from Ulceby, loves his outdoor sports and is squeezing in a summer season at A44 before returning to Utah in the States to enjoy the ski season as an instructor.
