Altitude44 is the tallest urban highwire of its kind in the UK.

Altitude44 Skegness, stands at 21 metres tall, making it the tallest urban ropes course of its kind in the UK. The main course is set over 4 levels with 44 different obstacles to tackle. We highly recommend booking online before arriving to make sure you get spaces at the time you are looking for.

Our instructors will kit you out with all the equipment you need. You’ll then be given a full safety briefing before getting to practice on the ground. After that, it’s up, up and away!

Your session on the main course will last about 90 minutes. This includes the time needed to be fitted with your safety equipment and receive your safety briefing. We aim for everyone to get at least 60 minutes off the ground!

If your little ones are going on the junior course, their session will last 45 minutes. This includes 1o to 15 minutes preparation time and around 30 minutes having fun!

The Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure & Culture

Altitude44 is operated by Magna Vitae, a non‐profit making organisation that took over the management of council leisure, culture and fitness services across East Lindsey in 2015. Magna Vitae invests in attractions and facilities that will help people to look great, feel great and live a great life.

We are partnered with East Lindsey District Council and run the outdoor swimming pool next door to Altitude44, the fitness suite and indoor pool and the Embassy Theatre in Skegness. We also manage the Meridian Leisure Centre in Louth, the Horncastle Pool & Fitness Suite and Station Sports Centre in Mablethorpe. Another highlight of our year is the SO Festival, one of the largest outdoor arts and culture festivals in the district.

East Lindsey District Council

East Lindsey is a local government district in Lincolnshire. With its headquarters in Horncastle, the area also includes the towns of Alford, Spilsby, Mablethorpe, Skegness and Chapel St Leonards. It is best known for its popular coastal holiday resorts with their un-interrupted sandy beaches. The Lincolnshire Wolds countryside is classed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The scenery has to be seen to be believed!

The course has 44 different obstacles and soars 21 metres into the air! We’re sure everyone will find something they love with so much to do! It’s the tallest urban ropes course in the UK and has 4 levels to give everyone a thrill.

Our instructors will fit you with all the safety equipment you need before giving you a full safety briefing. You’ll then get the chance to practice on the ground and then you’re all set to go!
